Policy thinking grounded in practice.

I hold a Master’s in International Social Welfare and Health Policy from OsloMet, supported by social welfare degrees from the University of Dhaka.

My work brings together policy analysis, qualitative fieldwork, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising, coordination, and public communication. I have contributed to organisations including Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Norway, Nagorik Uddyog, ESDO, BRAC, and the British Council.

I am building an academic path focused on climate and health policy, family life, social inequality, and the institutions that shape everyday wellbeing.

Assessing the Contribution of Climate-Sensitive Health Policies to the Achievement of SDG 13 in Bangladesh

A qualitative policy study examining governance, SDG 13 alignment, vulnerable communities, and international aid. The study finds strong policy ambition alongside gaps in coordination, accountability, implementation, and meaningful equity.
