About me
I am an early-career social researcher trained in Social Welfare at the University of Dhaka and in International Social Welfare and Health Policy at OsloMet. Living and working between Bangladesh and Norway has shaped a comparative interest in how welfare, institutions and development affect everyday life.
My experience spans research, monitoring and evaluation, programme support, humanitarian communication and access-to-justice work. My current work connects climate and health, policy, evidence governance and responsible computational methods.
What I can help with
Policy analysis
Systematic review of national policies against international frameworks such as the SDGs and WHO guidance, with clear findings on where the gaps are.
Monitoring and evaluation
Tracking activities, outputs and outcomes for donor-funded programmes, through MIS systems and field monitoring with community partners.
Research and synthesis
Surveys, key informant interviews, focus groups and in-depth interviews, turned into short, decision-ready summaries.
